Délicieuse avec boeuf, veau, steaks, côtes de porc
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tasse café fort
- 1 tasse sauce tomates (ketchup)
- 1/2 tasse sauce Worcestershire
- 1/3 tasse vinaigre
- 1/2 tasse cassonade
- 1/2 tasse beurre ou margarine
- jus d’un 1/2 citron
DIRECTIONS
Mélangez ensemble ces ingrédients dans une casserole. Faites mijoter 5 minutes sur l’élément Therm-O-Guard. Laissez refroidir et mettez au réfrigérateur dans un bocal couvert.

For Beef, Veal, Steaks, Spareribs
INGREDIENTS
Sauce
- 1 cup strong filtered coffee or 1 tablespoon in broth instant coffee
Note: Put instant coffee in broth of the meat. - 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup sauce Worcestershire
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 lemon juice or 1 tablespoon Liquid Lemon Juice
DIRECTIONS
Yields 4 cups
Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
Simmer on Moffat Therm-O-Guard stove for 5 minutes.
2/3 cooked, pour juice from pork ribs and mix, then pour back into ribs for further cooking, then when done pour into pot and thicken with white flour.
Cool. Store in covered jar in refrigerator.
Side dish – corn
